EMR and practice management software for TCM practitioners and acupuncturists in Ontario

MyTCM is Canadian software for Ontario TCM and acupuncture clinics, with unlimited appointments and data stored in Canada, from $56 a month for up to 5 users at a location.

Ontario regulator: the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO), 3,008 practising registrants as of December 31, 2025.

What Ontario clinics need from their software

Ontario TCM and acupuncture clinics need charting that fits TCM practice, billing that matches the insurers their patients use, and privacy handling that fits Ontario's PHIPA when a vendor holds patient records.

What MyTCM includes for Ontario

Charting covers ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes, TCM patterns, 361 acupuncture points and Pinyin plus Latin herb names, with auto diagnosis and treatment pairing, Mandarin and English voice dictation and a Chinese to English SOAP report. It includes unlimited appointments, unlimited email and SMS reminders, and direct tech support on WhatsApp from 6 AM to 9 PM Pacific.

Insurance billing

Direct billing to insurers is being added insurer by insurer, starting in British Columbia. Ask us which insurers are live for your clinic when you book a demo. Charting, booking, payments and reporting work for TCM clinics anywhere in Canada.

Privacy and where your data lives

Every clinic's data is stored in Montreal, Canada, in its own dedicated database. MyTCM keeps each clinic in its own database. We are reviewing what PHIPA requires of an Electronic Service Provider before we onboard Ontario clinics.

What it costs

Single License is $56 a month for 1 location and up to 5 users, so adding practitioners costs nothing extra. Site License is $99 a month for 2 locations sharing one database and up to 10 users. There is a one-time $100 setup fee and a 30 day free trial.
